30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

How to Start a Return
- Contact us at admin@dyarralife.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- We'll send you return instructions and a return address
- Ship the item back at your own cost (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days
Refunds
Refund Policy
We want you to love your DYarra ritual. If you change your mind, we offer a 30-day refund from the date of delivery on unused, unopened products in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at admin@dyarralife.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 7–14 business days from the date the product is shipped back to us. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Faulty or damaged items
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact us at admin@dyarralife.com within 14 days of receiving your order for a free replacement, repair, or refund, regardless of the 30-day change-of-mind window above.
