Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Damaged or used items

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at admin@dyarralife.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. We'll send you return instructions and a return address
  3. Ship the item back at your own cost (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@dyarralife.com.

Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at admin@dyarralife.com.

Faulty or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
