DYarra Cleanse Filtered Shower Head — Lifetime Warranty
We stand behind the build quality of the DYarra Cleanse Filtered Shower Head. This warranty covers the shower head body and internal mechanism against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product.
What's covered
- The shower head housing, spray plate, hose connector, and internal water pathway
- Manufacturing defects that affect normal function (e.g. cracking under normal use, connector failure, spray plate defects)
What's not covered
- Filter cartridges — these are a consumable part designed to be replaced every 2–3 months and are not covered under this warranty
- Normal wear and tear, or gradual cosmetic changes (e.g. mineral buildup, discolouration) from water quality over time
- Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorised modification, or use outside standard Australian/New Zealand plumbing fittings
- Products purchased secondhand or from an unauthorised reseller
How to make a claim
Email us at admin@dyarralife.com with your order number (or other proof of purchase), a description of the issue, and photos where possible. If we confirm a covered manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace the shower head at our discretion, free of charge. This warranty does not cover return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed faulty.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not replace, those statutory rights.
